Together Street

When Ash takes Nell on an eye-opening tour around her new neighbourhood, themes of friendship, acceptance and belonging arise. In this lovely picture book featuring a Black leading character, different people’s stories are shared, including visiting a food bank and a shelter. This is further enhanced by expressive pen-and-ink drawings in gentle, pastel tones. A charming and powerfully immersive story about being welcomed into a new community.
