Maud is Moving

This highly illustrated chapter book empathetically describes Maud’s experience of moving to a new town with her dad. Maud has autism and worries that her new town won’t have all the things that make her comfortable, especially yummy jam. From saying goodbye to her fox neighbour, to exploring the Swapping Place and making friends, we see the world through Maud’s eyes, with elements of magical realism.
