Oscar's Tower of Flowers

Oscar lives in a tower block with his mum and feels sad when she is away. A photograph of him and his mum with sunflowers sews the seeds for how plants can enrich lives. Oscar helps look after a sickly houseplant and eventually comes to plant a slew of seeds.
